Would it be possible to write a payment processor plugin for AlertPay? Could I modify the PayPal plugin for this purpose maybe?

Sorry currently we have no ready plugin for AlertPay gateway, and it needed to be customized.
Please provide us with correct link to AlertPay site and after programmer will get acquainted with it will be clear is it possible or not, how much time could it take and how does it will cost additionally.
