To improve this you'll need adjust your site ch:censored:t ini file (iso-5859-1.ini, utf-8.ini etc...) You'll need change file that used in configuration of JP, SEF tab option translit configuration.
Just open this file with notepad and follow instructions inside it. I suppose you'll need do something like this:
?=e
?=e
?=u
?=u
etc...
Now by default it is adjusted only for russian.
